The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A classic diecast toy Fordson Tractor. These are pretty popular among collectors, and pretty cool to look at. Then again, this isn’t about the toy, it's about the idea of the toy. This is a different view of a toy, not one you would ever see too often. I've created a series of these, and they all flow together, one into the other. -YoPedro
